We try to send out an email newsletter once a month detailing any website enhancements, and other news to everyone registered with 2-Let.

Welcome to the February 2012 Update from 2-Let
Following on from some recent survey results we are pleased to announce two further enhancements to the 2-Let website.
The first is the ability to indicate if your property has WiFi, which the survey indicated was becoming increasingly important to potential renters. There is now a “tickbox” when adding new properties to indicate if they offer WiFi or not, and likewise existing properties can be updated in a similar manner. In the future our search screens will be updated to allow this to be taken into account when searching for properties. At the moment no properties are shown as having WiFi – if your property does benefit from WiFi you will need to login and update your property details.
The second addition is the ability for previous guests to leave reviews about your property, as again the survey showed that good reviews can boost bookings. If you do not wish to allow reviews of your property this can be removed by the use of the “Do not allow reviews” tickbox on the property details screen. As a default reviews can be left for all existing properties – if you do not wish to allow this you will need to login and update your property details.
At the moment reviews will be displayed, but as yet can’t be added online (this will be available soon). In the meantime if you have any reviews you wish to add you can email us and we will add these for you. If you wish to email us any reviews you will need to include – the property reference number, the reviewer name, the review itself, ratings (1-10) for location, facilities, cleanliness and an overall rating.
Finally the "Property of the Month" slots from March 2012 onwards are now available, priced at just £10 per month. This gives you the opportunity to feature your property on every page of the 2-Let website, with an image and some brief text on the left hand margin of every page on our website. To book this popular option please email advertise@2-let.co.uk stating which month or months you are interested in. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis if necessary.
