Accomodation comprises a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, luxury shower room, good sized double bedroom with door on to balcony, large living room with double bed settee, also with door on to balcony. The apartment is fully air-conditioned / heated. The apartment is situated on the sea front of the complex which includes a total of eight pools, featuring wave machines, childrens splash pools, jacuzzi etc., shops, restaurants, internet room, gym, tennis courts and access to the private beach. There is a good bus service with a stop at the complex, linking with the nearby centre of St Vlas which has a wide ranging choice of restaurants, bars, shops etc, and of course with the main centres of Sunny Beach and Nessebur. There are beautiful coastal walks from the apartment along the beach to the Aquapark and Elinite where you will also be able to use the facilities at the sister complexes. A deposit of 25% of total rental price is required at the time of booking to secure it. The balance will be due six weeks prior to departure. You will be met either at the airport or the apartment [your choice] by our agent who will hand you the keys and show you around. On arrival you will need to pay them 150 euros [£100] key/damage deposit, refundable on return of keys and pending inspection by our agents for damage, loss, excessive cleaning or laundering at the end of your stay.
